Ibuprofen is also known for its anti-aggregate action. It can also be used in other cases. Ibuprofen is taken by inside with a small glass of water or with food. The tablet should be swallowed whole. MISSED DOSE If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. If you see that it is near time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing. Not recommended to take a double dose. OVERDOSE If you think you have taken an overdose of the drug immediately consult a doctor. Symptoms of overdose usually include chest pain, nausea, irregular heartbeat, dizziness or fainting. STORAGE Keep the medicine at room temperature of 68-77 degrees F (20-25 degrees C) away from light and moisture. Do not store medications in the bathroom. Keep all medicines away from children and pets. PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES Before taking Ibuprofen, tell your doctor about that you have any allergies. Avoid alcohol and smoking during treatment with this medicine. Ibuprofen should not be used in patients with sodium-sensitive hypertension, as well as in patients with hypersensitivity to it. SIDE EFFECTS The most common side effects are dry mouth, dizziness, irritability, sedation, insomnia, urinary retention, etc. Tell your doctor about all medications you are taking before taking this medication.
